Job Description

Business Analyst Bradford! My client a fantastic and well known business are looking to hire multiple Business Analysts within their Change & IT function on a 12 month FTC basis. Working for a market leading financial organisation you will join a growing change function, that is responsible for supporting a range if IT and business transformation projects ( working in both Waterfall and Agile environments) Our ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the analysis and understand current state and proposed go to state as well as what is needed to get from the former to the later. You will be liasing with senior business and product owners, end users andanalysts across a variety of business functions. In this role you will need to bridge the gap between technical and non technical departments and should ideally come from a highly regulated environment, ie banking, telecoms, utilities, government, gaming bettingetc.To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following experience:

  • Working alongside a Product Team as a BA and Just In Time analysis working across a mixture of large complex IT and Regulatory projects.
  • Experience and / or knowledge of the function of Product Teams within a business.
  • Exposure to DevOps and ideally Lean / Six Sigma
  • Advance knowledge in following Microsoft tools:
  • Microsoft Excel - using it to manipulate, analyse and present data.
  • Visio - able to produce various types of flows and diagrams to a high standard.
  • PowerPoint - able to produce presentations to a high standard.
  • Analytical experience in extracting and interpreting data into statistical information and presenting to business users.
  • Working knowledge / experience of TFS/VSTS; .NET; SQL; BPM tools, Cloud hosting platforms
