Job Description

Are you a chartered Building Surveying looking to join a company that can help harness and develop your career and skills If so, this is the role for you!Client DetailsOur client is a Construction Consultancy that has a diverse and exciting portfolio. They are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their growing team to help continue and build their success.Description

  • You will complete projects to a high standard, on time, to budget and in accordance with the relevant legal standards
  • You will manage a large and diverse portfolio of properties and carry out technical surveys
  • You will prepare fee proposals for Building Surveying work
  • You will perform a full range of technical Building Surveying services such as Quality funding, Dilapidation advice, Party wall and Neighbourly disputes
Profile
  • You will have a degree in Building Surveying and be MRICS qualified
  • You will be able to work well autonomously and as part of a time
  • You will hold a Drivers License in order to travel nationally to meet the needs of the portfolio
  • You will be competent in IT and have full knowledge on how to use Autocad and Excel
  • You will have experience in a similar role and in surveying listed properties
  • You will ideally have experience in Health and Safety
