An environment where you are supportedand valued.You are an essential part of the smooth running of the organisations Accounts department, your main duties are:

  • Invoice processing
  • Basic Credit Control
  • Maintaining the company Purchase and Sales ledgers
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Ad-hoc Administration (The company uses SAGE)
  • Answering the telephone
  • Company banking
About you:
  • High level of accuracy
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Flexible, helpful and adaptable; discrete when necessary
  • Good attention to detail
  • Self-starter, determined and committed; able to use initiative
