As part of their ongoing growth, this Group is expanding the Finance team to include an Accounts Assistant in a varied role which includes all aspect of purchase ledger, and payroll support.This company runs 24/7/365 managed cyber security services from UK and Australian Security Operations Centres, in addition to a range of consulting and cyber security testing services. Their 90%+ staff retention rate is testament to their team approach and commitment to staff development at all levels.The Role Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:- Assisting with all aspects of Purchase Ledger- Month-end support, including inputting journals- Partner invoice tracking- Maintaining spreadsheets, including accruals and prepayments, leasing, utilities, fixed assets and contracts- Payroll support, including P11D- Ad-hoc office administrationRequired Skills & Experience- A minimum of 1 years relevant accounts experience- Good Excel skills essential- AAT desirable- Sage 50 experience desirable- A keen eye for detail and the ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload- A strong team working ethicBenefits As well as a great company culture, and opportunities for career progression, they offer a generous package including:- Basic salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon skills and experience- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pro rata- Company pension scheme - Private healthcare - Life insurance- Exclusive employee rewards scheme
