Reed are working with a national premium market leader in the Powered Access Platform hire market, the company offer a range of aerial access equipment from Trucks to Ground Protection. The have had a 9% total headcount growth in the last 6 months and arenow looking to expand their finance team due to growth.They are currently looking for an all-rounder Accounts Assistant with at least 2 years experience and Sage 50 experience.Responsibilities Purchase ledger and sales ledger posting and reconciliation Debit/credit notes Responding to customer/supplier or internal queries To receive and process all supplier invoices, and requests for payment Ensure supplier accounts are settled within our terms Maintain and reconcile the bank statements Daily transactions for expenses and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis Prepare supplier accounts for BACS payment
