Job Description

You will be working across retail and branded clients and although your focus will be on the management and delivery of creative and graphics projects, you will also support all areas of the business in delivery of our innovative, sustainable and measurable solutions for our global client base.This is an exciting fast-paced role working for a pioneering company in a dynamic creative industry supporting the Activation Team working alongside Account Managers & Senior Account Managers owning a portfolio of small projects. A positive customer centric attitude complimented with a strong skill set is a must.You will work across multiple clients to ensure all projects are run efficiently and effectively, utilising the company’s quality management systems and following agreed best practices covering both tasks and clients. You will also be working closely with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met. In addition, you will ensure that your assigned work is delivered on budget to agreed timelines and in full.We are looking for someone who has worked in a creative agency or graphics provider with a minimum 1 years of industry experience. You will have had exposure to high profile retail clients / FMCG brands, having some client facing experience would be advantageous but not essential. You should be computer literate in the usual office programs.What you’ll deliver:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring all KPIs are met.
  • Ensure all commercial aspects relating to your projects are delivered in accordance with the commercial strategy on time and in full.
  • Assume full responsibility for all activity for your projects, plan appropriately, consult cross functionally and inform stakeholders to ensure alignment and management of expectations.
  • Highlight and escalate risks to your account manager and agree mitigating action plans in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
  • Write well-articulated, informed briefs for both creative and graphic activity. Support these where required with verbal communication.
  • Conduct Market/Brand, Range and post launch reviews at the right time, ensure observations are shared and improvements actioned in a timely manner to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Reviewing designs and first artwork files to ensure they meet your brief.
  • Customer focus
  • Demonstrate knowledge of your customers brands, competitors and market challenges. Have an opinion.
  • Your customer focus should be internal and external. Ensure you understand your customer’s needs & deliver to meet their expectations avoiding any negative experience.
  • Fill your clients with confidence that you are an expert, you have industry knowledge and educate and elevate the knowledge of stakeholders whenever necessary.
  • Develop a strong progressive relationship with your clients exceeding their expectations with every moment that matters and removing their pain points.
  • Establish yourself as your clients ‘go to’ person. Recognise their challenges and use this to effectively upsell Sun-Strategy services.
  • Always communicate in a clear concise and informative manner both verbally and written.
  • Problem solving and improvement
  • Understand your client’s needs.
  • Use the tools and support network available to you. Analyse information, resources and processes to help solve process or client problems.
  • Working with the Account Managers & Senior Account Managers, always look for forward thinking solutions to business or client challenges.
  • Where complaints are received, work with the Account Manager to ensure investigations take place in a timely manner to establish root cause and corrective actions.
  • Always escalate problems in a timely manner. Identify potential solutions for further discussions
  • What youll be like:You have some experience and are eager to develop your skills further. Organised, professional and motivated by positive change. You are friendly, approachable & able to foster good working relationships with clients and across the business. You have a flexible approach – a real team player. An ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail with a positive attitude are a must.It is essential that you:
  • You have a minimum 1 years’ experience
  • You have experience managing creative projects (& graphics an advantage)
  • You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels with internal and external customers
  • You are professional, proactive, positive, enthusiastic - demonstrates “can do” attitude
  • You are a great problem solver
  • You are commercially astute
  • Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • You are organised and calm under pressure
  • Current, clean driving licence: you will be expected to visit clients at their sites.
