2nd Line Service Desk Engineer (Hybrid working)Up to £29000 + BenefitsBRADFORDLeading IT Consultancy who provides a range of managed service solutions are looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer who comes from an MSP backgroundTo apply for the role the successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will come from the following background:

  • 2+ years experience at a 2nd line level dealing with and resolving a range of technical issues covering windows 365, some networking and cloud services.
  • Working in conjunction with the 1st and 3rd line team both within the business and also with the clients technical teams.
  • Attending client site where required to fully understand the project expectations.
  • Act as a technical point of reference for less experienced members of the team.
  • Other technical knowledge to include Sharepoint, Exchange 365, Firewalls, Email software protection
The successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer will demonstrate a can-do attitude to working independently and be used to speaking to client contacts at different levels.
