Job Description

1st Line Support Bradford £24K +I am working on an exciting new opportunity with my client, a large name in the education sector.We are looking for a keen and driven engineer to join the rapidly growing and dynamic team based in Bradford. As part of the 1st Line team, you will be the first response and port of call for all things IT across the organisation, this could include:

  • Support IT Hardware onsite including repairs and troubleshooting
  • Wireless and wired network troubleshooting
  • Rapid on-site response for problems across the site
  • Advise stakeholders/ end users on key applications e.g., Teams/ SharePoint/ File access
  • A key part in yearly refresh projects for devices and infrastructure
