They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individualneeds of the children and young people with complex behavioural difficulties and are recruiting a Waking Night WorkerDo you want to play a pivotal role that positively impacts the lives of Children and Young People in Social CareWe are recruiting a determined, resilient, and compassionate Waking Night Worker who is ready to commit to providing emotional and social support for the children and young people and who is ready to play a pivotal role in creating an inclusive, nurturing,and accepting environment.As a Waking Night Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond. You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure, and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve,develop and flourish in all aspects of their life and become the best version of themselves.Do you want a career that is secure, rewarding and that offers excellent opportunities for progression

  • Starting from £22,672 per annum, rising depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Recent experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting (Desirable)
  • Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare (Desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence or access to reliable transport.
  • Enhanced DBS Check
