Accounts Receivable (Fluent German Speaker required)£12 - £14 per hourBased in BracknellThe role of the Credit and Collections Specialist is to be responsible for Credit Collections, account reconciliations and resolution of client specific queries, credit management.To perform other assigned Credit and Collections functions across EMEA therefore you need to understand and speak fluent German.This role can be based from home with the option of working from the office 2 days a week.Key duties include but not limited to:Liaise with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure customer accounts are fully reconciledPerform account reconciliations and advise on credit and payment allocationsResponsible for management of query resolutionResponsible for collection of outstanding debt from across EMEA customer baseReconcile disputes promptly with SLA and professionally across EMEAReview and advise on customer risk assessment and credit analysisFluent German SpeakerAssist with new process implementationsWhat are we looking for:Experience within Collections/Accounts ReceivableExperience of chasing debtors across German Speaking Region (Germany & Austria)Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skills across multiple locationsFluency in written & oral English (dependant on the role second language will be required)Accurate data entry skillsIdeally you would be Fluent in a number of European languages In particular German.Experience of working with foreign currencies would be beneficialIdeally part qualified or studying towards an CICM or accounting qualificationExperience with ERP systems, JD Edwards experience a real advantageAbility to work on own initiative or as part of the team.Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.PLEASE NOTE: We can only consider applications from candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
