We are looking for Support Workers in the Bracknell area. This role will involve supporting 6 adults in a lovely home in Warfield. They get involved in all sorts of fun activities from going bowling, cinema, arts and crafts, baking and much more... The people we support go on lovely holidays in the UK and abroad.Their disabilities are varied – Learning disabilities, Epilepsy and associated behaviors that can be described as challenging. The people we support also require full support with personal care and there are some aspects of manual handling.Shift patterns – Early 7:30am – 3.00pm / Late 2:30pm – 10;00pm and every other weekend.Nights are available – 10:00pm – 7.30 am(Shifts patterns can vary depending on the people we supports needs)It is desirable to have a drivers licence for this position due to the people we supports needs.Dimensions are one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior and complex needs and we are driven by our values.
