We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee and manage projects/work-streams within the clients OneHR People Data & Analytics Program. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organising and overseeing theexecution and delivery of the initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining project goals,creating a project plan, managing budgets, coordinating team members, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget. This role will also be required to monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders,and facilitate collaboration among team members Responsibilities:1. Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverable, time-lines, and resource requirements.2. Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication,collaboration, and task delegation3. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during project execution4. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to senior stakeholders5. Collaboratewith HR leaders and stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria6. Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, preferably in a large matrixed organisation Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices Experiencedelivering HR technology and familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology solutions Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionalteams and manage stakeholders at various levels Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including SteerCo Strong analytically and problem-solving abilities, witha data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficiency in project management tools and software, preferably SmartSheets Excellent MS Office skills Experience working with Agile methodology is desirable.Monday - Friday: 37 hours a week Flexible working ( office based or fully hybrid) UK based. Pay rate: £44.00ph Contract: 6 month FTC.
