Job Description

We are looking for a proactive individual with an understanding of engineer callouts to join our clients thriving business. You will ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of the operations department, focusing on client works, engineer scheduling,and other operational tasks.Job Title: Operations & Service CoordinatorSalary: £28,000 - £30,000Location: Bracknell, office-based workingResponsibilities:

  • Liaise with engineers and sub-contractors for job scheduling and pricing inquiries
  • Oversee and review all call outs and pre-planned maintenance jobs are completed to the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Order parts and hire equipment for jobs
  • Create and provide compliant, relevant, up-to-date, and accurate RAMS across all sites
Skills and experience:
  • Experience coordinating a team of engineers or contractors
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment with strong multitasking skills
  • Effective and confident communication at all levels with engineers, clients, and suppliers
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
