We are looking for Male Support Workers in the Bracknell area with a flexible approach to shift patterns.In order to be considered for this position candidates must hold a full UK drivers licence.Dimensions are one of the countrys largest not-for-profit organisation supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behavior and complex needs and we are driven by our values. You will be friendly and approachable and support individuals to have a great life with excellent outcomes.This role will involve supporting 6 adults in a lovely home in Warfield who have varied disabilities including epilepsy and associated behaviours that can be described as challenging.The people we support also require full support with personal care andthere are some aspects of manual handling.They love to get involved in all sorts of fun activities from going bowling, to the cinema, arts and crafts, baking and much more (at the present time all activities will adhere to Covid government guidance aroundtravel and social distancing).
