Job Description

IT Business Analyst (Platforms & System integration) | Financial Services | SQL | SSRS | PowerBI | EngageOne Designer | Permanent | jobIT Business Analyst (Platforms & System integration) with a background in financial services required to join a financial services company based in Bracknell.The IT Business Analyst (Platforms & System integration) will have demonstrated experience in business analysis and project delivery within an agile project framework, with emphasis on platforms and understanding system integration across multiple systems.You must be confident working across various business groups and functional teams. You will have experience working on projects in the financial services industry.You will have a proven track record of delivering project outcomes; proven experience as a business analyst working on change projects and new platform implementations; the ability to relay information to key stakeholders succinctly and with clarity and an understanding of key testing principles and proven testing experience on data-focussed projects.You will also be accustomed with business process mapping with strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills. Fully conversant with and proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferably Visio. You will also have strong experience and knowledge of SQL as it pertains to Report Writing, ideally in Microsoft SSRS and PowerBI.Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of transferrable experience
  • Strong educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Strong understanding of SQL, SSRS, PowerBI
  • Experience with EngageOne Designer would be very beneficial
  • Experience with SAS (v9 or Viya) would be beneficial
  • Experience in Alfa or other financial leasing software is highly preferable
  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations
  • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently
  • Strong experience in project documentation and experience in all stages of project life cycles including analysis, design, build and test support and implementation
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented approach
