Interim Finance Director - 3 month interim role - Bracknell but mainly home-basedOur client, a PE-backed business with an international client base, seeks a technically strong interim Finance Director for an ongoing interim contract in anticipation of a potential exit.Working closely with the CFO and auditors, you will oversee the year-end accounting and audit process, report regularly to the investors and support the CFO with hisApplicants should be qualified and come from a strong technical accounting background including IFRS, ideally Top 10 trained and with strong finance leadership experience gained in a PE-backed SME environment.Whilst the company is based in Bracknell, the role will be mainly home-based, however, people need to be able to make key meetings at short notice.Due to the interim nature of the role, only applicants who are available on 2 weeks notice or less can be considered.
