Job Description

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an NHS organisation in Berkshire to offer an Interim Human Resources Recruitment Lead role on a 3-5 month basis with the possibility of extension. This Band 6 role is to start immediately.£32,000 - £39,000 per annumKey Experience & Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the management and performance of the team; ensuring the provision of an effective administrative, transactional and advisory service
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures to the team; advising on recruitment administration, ESR data entry, honorary contracts, the maintenance of effective processes to support maternity and paternity leave applications
  • To design, maintain and continuously develop information resources (e.g. intranet content, guidance documents, training materials) to support efficient, effective and timely communication with service users
  • To ensure all workers are recruited in accordance with appropriate Trust policies, NHS Employment Check Standards and current legislation
  • Experience of working within an HR function, including recruitment processes
  • CIPD qualified/accredited or equivalent with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
