Job Description

Reed HR are supporting a global, thriving professional services organisation, in their search for a subject matter expert in Power BI, as a HR Business Intelligence Analyst. This position is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis, covering a periodof maternity leave.As the expert in Power BI, you will work closely with the HR Operational Excellence Team, to ensure that consistent and timely HR reporting and analytics are delivered, in order to affect positive business outcomes.Key responsibilities in this position are:

  • Develop and maintain a suite of standard, self-service reports and dashboards in line with the needs of the business, optimising the SuccessFactors tool and external reporting software (Power BI).
  • Carry out regular reviews and identify opportunities for new insight in line with strategic HR priorities.
  • Proactively work with HR team and key business leads to understand their reporting requirements and develop bespoke key management information in line with the agreed requirements and timelines (SLAs).
  • Undertake detailed analysis of management information, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and communicate these to key stakeholders based on requirements in a timely manner in order to drive improvements in business performance.
  • Ensure all processes are documented and appropriate governance is maintained in how client requirements are prioritised and delivered.
  • Proactively work with HR SSC team to provide advice support and training with their management information requirements/requests.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of how HRoperates and its constituent parts, in order to help drive continuous improvement in the levels of customer service and delivery.
  • Lead data/insight workstreams of global HR projects, providing expert input and ensuring data-led decisions e.g. D&I
  • Partner with HR Operations and CoE teams to review key HR processes and identify opportunities for automation to deliver increased efficiency and quality i.e. Reward annual processes.
To be considered, you will have significant experience of using and working with Power BI, and SuccessFactors. You will be confident in maintaining and creating detailed reports, and be able to provide a business partnering service to the wider business.Youll be from a HR background, and be able to understand how this information is vital to the success of a large organisation.This position is offered on a fixed term contract basis for six months, it can be worked remotely, with an occasional need to visit and office for Team meetings.Please do not hesitate in applying today if this contract is of interest.
