Finance Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract37.5 Hours per week, based in Bracknell, BerkshireSalary of 29,000-32,000 plus holiday, pension, parkingAre you working in finance or as a bursar withhin the Education SectorAre you working in finance and want to work in the Education Sector This is an opportunity for someone (ideally with previous experience of working in a school, college, academictrust or university) to be a finance manager and support the Head of Finance for a period of 12 Months.Based in Bracknell at the School you will be:Completeing month-end, including VAT, Bank Recs, Payroll)Provide monthly management reporting to the leadership teamAssist with budgetsPrepare accruals and prepaymentsOverseeing credit controlReviewing accounting systems when requiredLiaise with payrollManage the lettings, health and safety and other statutory obligations for the schoolWhat do you need to have:Ideally experience of working in an education environment, or a firm desire to move into the sector. Good hands on experience in finance covering all the duties as mentioned about and an ability to work across the school, working with teachers, head teachersand in addition liasing with the board of governors and leadership team members.
