Customer Service Adviser - Bracknell: All areas of B2B and B2C Customer Service assisting the business with growing customers accounts through taking orders, speaking with the warehouse and 3PL, mentioning promotions and providing excellentcustomer care.Client DetailsCustomer Service Adviser - Bracknell: The Customer Services Advisor provides first line support to customers through direct customer contact over the telephone, via webchat and team mailboxes. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for documenting customer contact details, queries and resolutionsand other pertinent information in relation to the customer interaction in all the relevant computer-based system(s).Whilst delivering expert advice and guidance on the front line, the Customer Services Advisor will:

  • Input weekly sales orders from the existing customer base via telephone, email, web & fax to a deadline
  • Up-sell by discussing new products, tasting kits, promotions etc.
  • Respond to customer service issues completely to customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with both B2B and B2C customer service
  • Answer in-bound telephone calls from customers
  • Work in partnership as with all stake holders in the business
  • Liase with the warehouse and 3PL to resolve issues
  • Set up new accounts to company guidelines, advise customers of delivery information
  • Maintain a good understanding of catalogue products and promotions
  • Deal with bespoke pricing when producing customer quotes
ProfileCustomer Service Adviser - Bracknell:
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Good written English skills, able to write accurate emails without the use of templates
  • Understanding of Customer Service and its importance in business profit and efficiency
  • Able to prioritise workload and use own initiative
  • Team player
Qualifications/Experience Required:
  • Customer service experience required
  • Educated to GCSE level C or equivalent
  • Good understanding of Word/Outlook/Excel
Job Offer£23,000 - £25,000 dependant upon experience + benefits
