Job Description

Do you enjoying providing outstanding customer service Are you motivated and target driven If so, please read on..We are currently recruiting for a temporary Customer SupportAdvisorto support our client with atrackingproject.The successful candidate will be responsiblefor making outbound calls and answering inbound calls to ensure all customer information is up to date and accurate and recording these findings within theCRMdatabase.The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to ensure their detailsare correct and up to date
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Uploading all information to theCRMdatabase whilst making sure all information is recorded accurately
  • Supporting the team to manage the high volume of outbound calls
  • Reporting findings to the Customer Service Manger
  • Booking in appointments
  • Sending out letters
  • Responding to emails
What were looking for:
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Abilityto use your own initiativeand work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and in a busy office environment
Details:
  • Hourly Rate - £10.42 per hour, plus holiday accrual pay
  • Duration: ASAP for 3 months - will a possibility to be extended
  • Hours: Monday - Friday totaling 37 hours a week - Full time
  • Location: Bracknell - This role is home based, and office based
