Job Description

The role offers hybrid working, 60% office and 40% home based.About the role To provide exceptional support to the Category Management team on the day to day management of all data input into the systems and category support for Sally Europe, setting up new skus, price changes, lifecycle management, channel selection, range assortmentmanagement.Key Responsibilities

  • Work proactively and cross functionally with internal departments and stores
  • New lines - Chase & complete all new line forms from suppliers and create new line on system
  • Price Changesmaintain all cost and selling price changes
  • Samples - chase in samples and images for new linesassisting Category Managers with visual merchandising requirements and range reviews
  • Liaise with Category Managers and Supply Chain to work to product launch critical paths
  • Communication - Working collaboratively with the data management team at Produo, in Belguim, to regularly communicate updates and information on product set up.
  • Markdowns - responsible for implementing all price markdowns, working closely with Category Manager
  • Invoicing - assist with reviewing and managing invoice queries
  • Stock - liaise with Regulatory & Supply Chain for product authorisation or stock movement requests
  • Administrationassist Category Manager to provide data for meetings, promotional information and continually seek to identify opportunities to develop the administration processes & systems
About you
  • Retail / Buying / Category administration experience in head office environment or similar
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, confident delivering against deadlines and prioritising workload
  • Able to review and manage high volumes of data accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to solve problems - getting to root cause
  • Excellent relationship builder, experienced at working across all levels in an organisation
  • Evidence of a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
  • Passion to gain experience in a Commercial Retail Buying environment
