**REMOTE WORKING** ILX Group is an international accredited learning provider, specialising in improving capability in Project, Programme, Portfolio and Change Management, Agile, Scrum, Service Management, along with providing a wide range of on-line technicaltraining that supports organisations in adopting digital technology for transformation.We offer a wide range of accredited learning solutions, ranging from; PRIINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, Scrum, ITIL, APM:PMQ, PMI:PMP, Agile PM, Data Science & AI, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, DevOps, Quality Management, to name a few.ILX Head Quarters are in London, with an office in Australia, covering the APAC market, but since COVID, ILX has successfully transitioned over to a distributed workforce. The role is ideal for someone who is starting out in their B2B sales career, and keen to join a thriving business, with a view todeveloping into a successful corporate sales professional.The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours a week. Ideally we are looking for candidates based the UK Responsibilities and Duties The Business Development Executive (BDE) will report directly into the Account Director, who is growing revenues YOY within the Professional Services & Financial Services Sectors significantly through the delivery of standard off-the-shelf accredited coursesand tailored learning solutions. These are provided as self-paced eLearning, classroom, virtual learning, or as blended learning programmes.The BDE will take on a number of actively buying, lower tired accounts, to grow and develop, as well as being responsible for acquiring new business through proactively targeting companies with no prior experience of working with ILX and responsively followingup all inbound leads in their territory. All ILX on-line and individual bookings will provide a lead source and way into opening up new corporate business opportunities for ILX. Along with targeted Marketing campaigns specifically for the Professional Services& Financial Services Sectors to create leads.Using Salesforce, the candidate will be responsible for their own pipeline and forecast management, and managing and their business by imputting business activity by using this tool.ILX offer a rewarding commission structure, paid monthly, which offers double commission in excess of annual target, is uncapped, and includes a Team Bonus. We provide a Pension Contribution and Private Health Insurance plan, along with 25 days annual leave.Role content:

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
  • Prospect for potential new clients and convert this into increased business
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
  • Set up meetings with client decision makers
  • Using ready made templates, tailor effective custom proposals
  • Prepare, and create compelling pitches/presentations
  • Responsible for pricing the solution/service
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Selling the full range of ILX services: eLearning, classroom, virtual, blended, Enterprise Licence, Role Based Learning Paths, Curriculum learning paths.
  • Work with Line Manager and Bid Manager in responding to RFIs and RFPs / Tenders
  • Manage relationships at all levels in the account development process
  • Negotiate viable packages that protect margins
  • Use Saleforce, and update relevant information held in this system
  • Respnsible for managing and submitting weekly forecast, and managing pipeline of business within Saleforce
  • Work with Operations to ensure we can fulfil training requirements
  • Maintain specified Quality Management procedures and standards
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of designated accounts, key contacts, clients businesses
  • Continual commitment to learning: company products and services, business partners, attendance at courses and team meetings, the market, the competition
  • Taking responsibility for and managing personal development
