Job Description

Sales ExecutiveLocation : BourneHours : Full Time - Office basedSalary £25000 - £30000 plus commissionWe are looking for a persuasive B2B sales professional to join our clients hard-working commercial team. We are also looking for someone to provide first-class account management.Responsibilities

  • Building and sustaining long-term relationships that lead to execution of long-term partnerships being signed.
  • The willingness to cold contact targets on a daily basis to present to them the B2B media portfolio.
  • Setting up meetings with both potential and existing clients.
  • Persuading clients to purchase advertising with strong communication and negotiating skills.
  • Achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Negotiating deals.
  • Developing and account management of existing clients, to ensure year-on-year repeat business values are increased.
  • Accurate upkeep of all ongoing sales activities in the pipeline.
  • To be an active team player that contributes to inputting ideas to maximise the sales potential for the business.
  • Provide clear reporting on revenue, figures, activity and sales forecasts on a weekly basis.
  • Travel for networking and client meetings.
We are ideally looking for:
  • Experience of selling B2B.
  • To have the ability in finding ways to obtain contact with decision makers.
  • Have the desire to exceed targets with a hard-working attitude with the willingness to going further beyond the shift’.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, including a professional work ethic.
  • Be a confident communicator and a relationship builder with proficient writing skills.
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
