Job Description

We are looking for a Training Administrator to join our Training Team at our Head Office in Borehamwood, to assist with the co-ordination of training activities across the Company to ensure that statutory and core training is delivered to support the businessand contract compliance and accurate records are maintained.Responsibilities

  • Support the Training Department to ensure all employee records are kept up to date and training needs met
  • Source and organise internal and external training programmes to meet specific training needs to address competency gaps across the company
  • Ensure a full and comprehensive onboarding service is provided to all workers that includes appropriate Qualifications / Skills
Skills & Experience
  • Previous training administration experience required
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills, able to work to deadlines
  • Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative; enthusiastic with can do attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC operating systems (Word / Excel / Outlook)
