Practice Finance Manager - Borehamwood A vacancy has arisen for a proven leader with sound knowledge of business management, finance planning and HR, preferably with experience in a General Practice or a healthcare environment. An enthusiastic, highly motivated Practice Finance Manager to join our team. NHS knowledge is desirable but not essential. • List size 14500 with 6 partners and 2 Salaried GP’s• Competitive Remuneration depending on experience 35-40K• Fantastic location with excellent transport links to the M25, A1, M1 and only 20 minutes by rail to London Kings Cross• Stable democratic and supportive partnership in purpose-built one site premises. 11 consulting rooms• Experienced ANP, NP & Clinical Pharmacist team - all prescribing• Experienced nursing team including HCA/phlebotomist• Very High QOF Achieving• Paper-light practice - Emis/Docman/AccuRx/Mjog• CQC rated as "Good" across all domains• Collegiate ethos with daily informal GP coffee catch-ups, weekly partnership meetings and monthly education sessions of course via Zoom or Teams at present.• We are looking for someone who has good communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a strong and effective clinical team that delivers high QOF and Direct Enhanced Service (DES)/Local Enhanced Service (LES). • Responsible for managing Practice Accounts, Payroll, Pensions, CQRS (Reconciliation payments via NHS England), Billing and Contracts from NHS England, Public Health, CCG, QOF, PCSE, Open Exeter and any other services we deliver. • Free Parking• Training will be provided• Start date - November 2020 Required skills
