Job Description

  • Hours are 9-5.30 Monday to Thursday, 5pm on a Friday

We LOVE recruiting for this client! They are an established organisation, with lovely offices local to Borehamwood - and a lovely bunch of people to work with everyday. This role will give someone an opportunity to gain valuable office experience and asa business thats passionate about their people - you will most certainly be given great training and the chance to progress over time. They always promote from within!We are looking for someone who has some existing work experience, with a desire to utilise their skills within an office environment. The ideal person will have a natural ability to ensure everything is organised and enjoy offering excellent customer serviceto visitors and incoming callers.The role will involve:
  • Taking incoming calls and messages
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Supporting the office with any administration
  • Ordering stationary
  • Supporting with organising company events
  • Ensuring the office is tidy
  • Assisting with organising meetings and meeting rooms
You MUST have:
  • Exceptional communication skills - and be confident to deal with customers at ALL levels
  • Confidence handling inportant information
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
