Our client, a dynamic and high-growth market disruptor, with a fun and fast-paced office culture, is looking to source a credible and commercially astute FP&A Analyst to join its talented team in this newly created role. This is a rare opportunity to workclosely with Senior Managers and Department Heads, in order to review the business and provide MI to steer decision making when it comes to cost and opportunities for savings. Main duties include:* Providing accurate and timely MI including variance analysis and commentary on a monthly basis (e.g. Period Actual vs Budget, YTD vs Budget etc)* Producing detailed review of overhead P&L accounts on a monthly basis, leading to the identification of risks and opportunities * Ensuring overheads are reported in the correct cost categories and in the correct Group company. * Implementing and managing greater cost centre reporting across the Group* Delivering the annual Group overhead budget and quarterly reforecasts* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, through regular reviews to aid and increase understanding of their business areas and make challenges where appropriate* Identifying areas of cost overspend/potential cost savings and highlight to Senior Management Key skills and experience required:* ACA/CIMA/ACCA Part or Fully Qualified* Strong Excel skills* Solid foundation in management accounts/FP&A* Willingness to take ownership of numbers and confidently present back to stakeholders* Likeable, engaging and credible character, capable of building and sustaining relationships and challenging where necessary * A self starter who is able to manage and prioritise deadlinesAGY - Vitae Financial RecruitmentWe Exist To Be Different - Membership NOT Registration
