This position is an initial 3 month contractHere at Safestore our people make the difference. Were looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our friendly and energetic team at Head Office. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Facilities experience is essential as you will be working on our busyhelpdesk dealing with all of our stores across the UK.Self-Storage is more than what you think it is. We are in the business of solving customer’s storage needs whether it’s a family looking to move house or a business looking to store their stock, our customers make it interesting and you will be exposed to a variety of tasks.You will be the first point of contact for all property related questions/issues for all our stores in the UK. These will need to logged and dealt with in a timely manner, liaising with key stakeholders and contractors. All questions/issues will be tracked from initial contact through to completion.Facilities: Accurate use of in house facilities system, communicate and allocate maintenance jobs to in house and third party engineers, track maintenance progress whilst reporting back to internal stakeholders and managing asset information and database.Administrative; Undertake office administration, invoice checking, arrange accommodation, provide store’s support and ensuring all store requirements are actioned.You can earn a basic salary of £21,000 - £23,000 per annum.Why work for SafestoreSitting within the FTSE 250, we are a well-known, respectable brand within our market.
