Digital Insights AnalystH.Samuel / Ernest Jones – BorehamwoodAre you a skilled insights analyst experience in working with online behaviour metrics, digital marketing channel attribution, technology and digital trading principlesIf so we have a brand new opportunity for you!Here at Signet Jewelers we’re introducing the role of Digital Insights Analyst to our H.Samuel and Ernest Jones digital team. As Digital Insights Analyst you’ll deliver analytical reporting for our ecommerce sites, interrogate data and provide insights to improve performance, customer experience and profitability.As Digital Insights Analyst you’ll be responsible for:

  • CRM:Acquisition dashboards; New, returning and lapsed; Campaign performance automation by segment, profile or channel; RFM monitoring; Decile analysis; Clienteling data and E-Receipts / in store bookings.
  • Trading: Page weighted / viewed availability;Price competitiveness scraping; Search and page exception reporting; Standard commercial report creation and Product insight (HVLC, LVHC, HVHC, LVLC)
  • Analysis and insight on UX and services (such as Live chat / go in store / delivery / payment options / IFC), supporting the business case creation and post analysis of technical changes.
  • Undertaking digital marketing attribution model analysis.
  • Analysis and insight on: customer behaviour; conversion; customer journeys; funnel analysis and customer segments; content performance and paid media incrementality.
  • Provide insight to direct customer acquisition strategy.
  • Manage Tag through audition, scoping of new tags, creation of JIRA tickets and GTM management.
  • Analysis on brand marketing campaigns and all media (in conjunction with external partners) and content performance reporting, including social media reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Presenting analysis regularly at trading meetings with wider team and senior stakeholders.
  • About YouThe perfect candidate will be experiences as follows:
  • Demonstrable ecommerce industry knowledge in online behaviour metrics, digital marketing channel attribution, technology, customer segmentation and digital trading principles.
  • Proven ability to interpret and mine disparate, raw data and produce actionable insight and create function -specific dashboards and executive summaries.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of analytics tagging, scoping and testing.
  • Proven ability to work at pace and plan and organise a varied workload to meet deadlines.
  • Experience of the following is desirable but not essential:
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Regex, SQL, VBA
  • Visualisation tools, e.g. Tableau or Power BI
  • JIRA ticket creation
