Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST - 6 MONTH FTCUP TO £32,000 + BENEFITSBOREHAMWOODTHE COMPANYThis is an exciting opportunity within a leading tech company in the food space. You will be working within the customer service and escalations team to analyse complaints data amongst talented individuals in one of the best analytics functions in the market.THE ROLEAs a Customer Service Analyst, you will be looking to develop the companies understanding of customer complaints, looking at minimising risk of escalation and improvement of the customer experience. You will predominantly be analysing data in Excel (or SQL) whilst building reports and automations.More specifically you can expect to be involved in the following;

  • Identifying customers challenges and source of complaints
  • Building reports and automations
  • Working throughout the peak ordering times, being 12pm-8pm Tuesday to Saturday
  • Working remotely until March
  • YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Customer Service Analyst will have;
  • Commercial experience using Excel (or SQL) for basic analytics
  • Good communicational skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment is ideal
