CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST - 6 MONTH FTCUP TO £32,000 + BENEFITSBOREHAMWOODTHE COMPANYThis is an exciting opportunity within a leading tech company in the food space. You will be working within the customer service and escalations team to analyse complaints data amongst talented individuals in one of the best analytics functions in the market.THE ROLEAs a Customer Service Analyst, you will be looking to develop the companies understanding of customer complaints, looking at minimising risk of escalation and improvement of the customer experience.
