Job Description

A highly reputable lending operation are eager to appoint an experienced Specialist Lending ( Bridging) loan Internal BDM.The role will be office based and provide the first point of contact for introducers:

  • Generating leads within our market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Undertake research into specific towns prior to setting up appointments.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Provide backup including answering telephone calls, texts and emails for the divisional director when brokers are seeking terms
  • Ensure that data including tracking of calls, correspondence and visits are accurately entered and managed within the companys CRM system.
  • Attend and contribute to sales meetings
  • Send broker packs out and follow up
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
You will need to be :
  • Dynamic, ambitious, business minded professional, preferably with experience within the bridging finance sector.
  • Must have some experience in finance or property .
  • 2 years experience generating leads.
  • Capable of self-generating leads, and opening doors with brokers
  • Proven track record in achieving new business and selling services ideally to brokers
  • Commercially aware with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The role offers a competitive basic salary to c 40k and a bonus. Interviews available immediately.
