Job Description

Assistant Property ManagerSalary: £26,000 to £27,000 + fantastic benefitsDuration: PermanentLocation: BorehamwoodHours- Mon-Fri - 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm (Hybrid working option 1-2 days from home)What you want to know about this Client

Purpose of the role
  • This is a demanding role, with lots of variety. Co-ordinating maintenance request across 5 sites organising maintenance team and managing each job end to end.
  • Juggling multiple task, with a meticulous approach. to offer seamless service to customers
Duties
  • First point of contact for all maintenance requests via phone and email
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, answering customer queries promptly
  • Log, arrange and orgaise works
  • Scheduling and booking sub contractors
  • Allocating remedial quoted works to subcontractors and ensuring the work is planned within the clients SLA
  • Liaising with clients via email to give updates on outstanding jobs.
  • Updating client portals ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to our system.
  • Raising purchase orders for approved quotes.
