A Fluent French-speaking 1st/ 2nd Support Engineer is required by a growing manufacturing firm based in the Borehamwood Head Office, paying up to £30k with a 10% annual bonus. Due to expansion, they are looking to increase the team size from 6 people to8 people.The successful candidate must be a fluent in French as they have recently brought all IT Support to the UK Head Office; this busy little team supports over 600 users across 50 warehouses in the UK, France, Belgium and Spain. You will need to hit the groundrunning working in a Windows Environment providing up to 2nd Line Support.You will report directly to Business Support Manager and will join a thriving Business Support team. You will need to be a proactive team player and support various issues with windows and Microsoft based applications issues no two tickets are ever the sameone call may be a passwords reset in France the next call might be supporting someone in the Office face to face with a conferencing issue.Experience & Skills RequiredYou must be confident speaking in French about IT related issuesOffice 365 deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting experienceExperience with Windows Server 2016/2019Experience dealing with MS TeamsKnowledge of AzureAD and Active DirectoryExperience with Backup managementExperience with Firewall / network infrastructure managementAble to manage hardware and upgradesExperience with MDM deployment and managementExcellent Customer service experienceIf you are a confident French speaking looking for a role paying up to £30k and want to avoid commuting into the city then what are you waiting for.
