Job Description

At Accountable Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a global leading company in the Bootle area. There you would be supporting the Sales manager in a busy sales office. ** Salary £30000 to £34000 depending on experience **** Working hours 8.30 - 5.30 fully office based **** 25 + bank holidays **Main Responsibilities to include :-

  • Manage and improve workflow and paperwork processes in the sales office implementing smarter and more efficient systems.
  • Assisting in the preparation of invoice batches prior to invoicing, month end processes and associated reports.
  • Preparation of Finance and Hire Purchase agreements.
  • Handling paperwork discrepancies and were necessary escalating concerns.
The ideal candidate :-
  • Experience as a sales administrator
  • Overseas trade knowledge would be desirable
  • Good ICT skills essential
  • High level Excel
  • Experience with commercial software
