Job Description

Position: Full-Time Temporary Executive Personal AssistantContract: until 31/03/24Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (37 hours per week)Hybrid working: at least 2 days in office in Bootle - this may increase over the duration of the contractHourly Rate: £14.20 per hourWe are currently seeking an experienced, organised and motivated Executive Personal Assistant to the Director of the Divisional Support team within HSE. You must be experienced in diary management and note taking. The successful applicant will be required tocarry out the following duties amongst others:" Schedule, facilitate & provide administrative support for all monthly Senior Leadership meetings. Actively manage meetings by keeping agenda on track ensuring full agenda is covered and meetings are kept timely." Ensure meetings are documented through accurate note taking, key actions are captured and completed to deliver on expected timescale." Issue relevant paperwork/data packs prior to SLT meetings by specified deadline giving stakeholders appropriate time to review." Coordinate diaries for all SLT meetings sending updates on changes in good time." Ensure stakeholders are actively reviewing actions required prior to meetings, and providing relevant data/paperwork by specified deadline." Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure Directors time is used efficiently.Requirements:" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience." Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office." Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal."
