Administration OfficerFull time, TemporaryLiverpool Post Available We are looking for temporary Administration Officers for one of our government clients in their Liverpool office, supported by appropriate CV19 safety measures, including the potential for some homeworking. The start date will be no later than 4th January 2021 with an end date of 31st March 2021. The pay rate for these roles will be £12.54 per hour and you will accrue holidays during your period of employment. What you will be doing Admin Officers will join on a temporary basis to support in delivering important services to the public during a time of significant change and challenge in the sector. You will provide administrative, research, correspondence and logistical support to trained caseworkers who decide registration applications and regulatory cases. What can you bring to the role This will be a busy and interesting role, so you must have the ability to deliver at pace and have the confidence to liaise with both customers and colleagues to help deliver quality and efficient casework decision making.Interpersonal skills are a must as you will need to be able to work well within a team environment, as well as balance pressure and show flexibility to undertake a range of tasks.Administrative experience will be an advantage, but key to the role is having strong communication skills, both oral and written (including spelling and grammar), numeracy/financial skills.
