Throughout their history they have always been innovators, sustainably growing the business to create what they have today, including over 200 stores and presencein more than 100 countries.The mission Walking with purpose, delighting people with a playful, sustainable and responsible walking experience.About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead the store in Edinburgh; an individual who is passionate, proactive, and aligned with our brand values: REAL, IMAGINATIVE, PLAYFUL and CARING.As a Store Manager, your mission will be to attain the objectives in terms of sales, service and business growth.Were counting on you to offer the full brand experience to our omnichannel consumers, develop the teams potential and oversee all the operations of the store in order to achieve the best level of customer service and business efficiency.Your main tasks will be:Customer Experience Management: The customers matter! You will have a crucial role in ensuring that the level of customer satisfaction is met by providing an outstanding service and developing long-term relationships with the customers at an omnichannel level.Team Management: The people are the key asset to this brand! You will be taking on the role of leader within the team, actively participating in the recruitment process, acting as a trainer/coach and always inspiring and leading by exampleBusiness Results & Efficiency: Optimizing is the ultimate goal. As a Store Manager you are required to manage the point of sale efficiently, influencing commercial decisions and taking business analysis into account.Brand image: Each store embodies the Companys culture, values and principles. You will be responsible for the brand image towards our customers, with the aim of ensuring a premium image aligned with the Companys identity and ESG principals.Operational excellence: In the omnichannel era, operations are key and have a great impact on the connection chain with the customer. You will carry out store operations according to the Companys Policies & Procedures. Organization leads to efficiency.About YouYou are our perfect match if:You are passionate about Retail (in-store and omnichannel).You have minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.You are flexible and available to work full-time.You inspire people and have a strong team spirit and great energy.You are a great communicator and decision-maker and are highly results-oriented.You encourage and promote curiosity, diversity and collaboration through your innovative mindset.You can speak fluent English.
