Dealing directly with landlords, Agents, Landowners and developers. This is a unique opportunity and you will be given scope to shape the role.Your key responsibilities will include:• Leverage your relationships in the property market to source properties, lease or freehold that allows fast business development of a new venture .Source and negotiate purchase price and or lease terms• Undertake due diligence on commercial land/property to invest in and produce reports and modelling on these potential leaseholds/ purchases• Assist in the property acquisition process.Requirements: Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong background in property acquisition, including:• Significant experience in the property leasing/ buying/selling industry• Strong knowledge of the Commercial property market, including yielding areas of opportunities information that affects the buying selling and leasing process.• Strong relationships with property developers• Excellent negotiation and communication skills• Excel and Word proficientSalary: ote £40,000 + (experience and expertise dependant) Working Hours: Monday - Friday Required skills
