Location: Edinburgh based with travel to schools and education venues in the local communityContract Type: PermanentHours: 35 hours per weekSalary: £20,950 - £22,878 per annum (pro rata)Driving : You must have a full valid UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle Could you ensure our community education service is delivered effectively, consistently, and exceeds quality standardsWe are looking for a Community Education Coordinator to join our team at the British Red Cross. You will be managing the allocation of resources and volunteers in the area to increase the British Red Cross geographical footprint and capacitywithin communities.Reporting to the Community Education Manager, you will manage community external partnerships and relationships, and support the implementation of partnerships and externally funded projects. You will also have accountability for all aspects of the CommunityEducation blended learning offer for their area and to ensure the education delivery is consistent and at the appropriate quality standard.We deliver a wide variety of workshops in the community, which ranges from teaching first aid to young people, to workshops aimed at tackling adult loneliness.
