As a Workday Functional Lead you will translate business and technical requirements and then design, configure and deploy the most efficient and effective processes and solutions to resolve complex problems and projects.With your in depth knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes and the integrated HR landscape, you are the technical expert responsible for ensuring that ALDI extracts the most value out of the Workday ecosystem and supporting senior managementand the HR team to deliver key transformational projects. Consequently, the work you do undoubtedly has a big impact on the quality of our Recruitment, Training, Employee Engagement and HR processes across the business.The HR team researches, designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle. Its how we achieve consistency, optimise employee retention and continue to be seen as an employer of choice.You’ll need to keep calm under pressure, be solution focused, be full of initiative and have excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.We do things our own way at Aldi.
