Our client is a well-regarded air hygiene company known for their outstanding provision of Clean Air services to a diverse client base. They are currently recruiting for a Validation Engineer based in and around the Bolton area. The ideal candidate willbe experienced in carrying out clean room validations in accordance with HTM 0301. Consideration will be given to applications from the St Helens, Wigan, Warrington, and the surrounding areasExperience to the Role:Will hold experience working as a validation engineer within the critical ventilation / healthcare sector. Experience of testing LEVs, fume cupboards, laminar flow cabinets is desirable but not essential.Will ideally hold the P601 and relevant Eastwood Park Training. Experience in undertaking a wide range of critical ventilation testing.Proven track record of Validating and verifying ventilation systems in accordance with HTM 03-01 regulations. Able to demonstrate an understanding of compliance and health & safety guidelines. Ability to manage own time and workload. Confident in building and maintain client relationships. Holds strong communication skill. Duties within the Role:Testing critical ventilation systems within the healthcare sector; validating and verifying the systems in accordance with the relevant industry regulations. Carrying out airflow and pressure measurements, microbiological air sampling, noise and environmental measurements, auditing of Air Handling Units (AHUs) and re-balancing airflows. Carrying DOP and HEPA testing. Report writing and consulting with clients on findings and recommendations. Maintenance of instruments & equipment. Including, arranging repairs and recalibrations when necessaryProviding support and training to site engineersOverall the ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to their work as well as excellent industry knowledge and experience.
