This full-time position pays up to £80 perday, depending on your experience and qualifications. As a Teaching Assistantat this Academy, you will have the chance to contribute to the schools vision and be a part of their success story.Responsibilities: As the selected candidate, you will take charge of managing the schools library as a resource base and provide valuable intervention support. Your day-to-day tasks will include supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, collaboratingclosely with the class teacher, and implementing effective differentiation and behaviour management techniques.Qualifications and Skills: While previous experience in a Secondary School environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are looking for someone with strong behavior management skills and a flexible skillset across subjects. A patient and nurturingdemeanor, along with enthusiasm and a willingness to be actively involved in and out of the classroom, are highly valued.
