Job Description

They pride themselves on providing the highest level of products to the customer, as part of the warehouse team it is your role to make sure they get the stock items they ordered, in a timely manner and in perfect condition.Client DetailsA well-established bespoke organisation that specialises in luxury furniture. Since inception, the Company has grown to one of the UKs leading providers across all luxury and bespoke furniture with a broad range of premium products.DescriptionThe candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining of warehouse
  • Managing full end to end stock control for two external warehouse locations.
  • Accountable for all aspects of stock control inwards and outbound.
  • Managing an E-Commerce Pick and Pack operation from end to end.
  • Responsible for reporting and measuring all Quality Control issues.
  • Receipt and allocation of all internal and external stock movements.
  • Recording and reporting all instances of stock loss or damages, following up with a in depth investigation.
  • Performing Perpetual inventory counts to systematically reconcile stock.
  • Production of weekly reports highlighting intake, shortages, and areas of risk.
  • Managing all spare part requests from suppliers, head office and customers.
  • Providing Ad-Hoc support to the administration team when needed.
  • Processing all retail and E-Commerce stock returns to the DC through the correct channels.
ProfileThe successful candidate will have the following experience/characteristics:
  • Self-motivated.
  • The ability to multitask and maintain a high standard of work;
  • Good observational skills, high attention to detail, plus excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure;
  • Personable and able to liaise with colleagues.
  • Comfortable with Excel
Job OfferAn excellent package including £25,000 per annum + 5 to 15% bonus with excellent benefits including BIG staff discount working Monday - Friday / 8am - 4.30pm!
