Vacancy - Service Advisor (Vans) - Bolton AreaWe are looking for an experienced Automotive Service AdvisorBasic - Up to 27k DOEOTE - 30kMon - Fri - working BETWEEN the hours of 8.00am - 6.30pm (its an 8 hour shift, so for example, 8am to 4pm one week, 9.30am to 6.30pm the next) Sats - 8.00am - 12.30pm (1 in 4)Compared to a passenger car main dealer, this will give a much better work life balance.Main responsibilities will include:* Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times* Liaising with customers, face to face and over the phone* Cash Invoice requirements for the site only,* Interact with customers and fleet managements companies to support the successful processing of repair invoices* Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair* Liaising with workshop to provide customer updates* Contacting customers to monitor satisfaction* Introducing new offers and presenting the benefits of genuine service and parts to customers* Selling Service contracts by promoting the benefits and cost savings* Covering duties of other team members in their absence* Supporting the department manager by way of trend analysis to support workshop efficiency and effectiveness improvements* Liaise with other departments to safeguard against cost write off* Ensure that within the area of operation all company and trade associations policies, procedures and minimum standards are met.
