Job Description

Travel Trade Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the Business Operations of this highly successful Tour Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation ofall departments, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and profitability of the business.Core responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • To deliver against set revenue targets and budgets for all key areas
  • Build relationships and carry out business analysis to identify areas of growth.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure objectives are successfully met.
  • Design, develop and implement suitable strategies for all departments within the business.
  • Liaise with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for changes or upgrades as needed.
