The aim of the role is to qualify the customer for a product via a detailed fact find, affordability and credit checks before recommending the most suitable product based on their circumstances. Youll use a consultative sales approach and manage the process from start to finish, ensuring trust and relationships with the customer are built and maintained well. The package:Sales Executives will earn £23,000 per annum which increases to £25,000 within 3 months. Commission is uncapped with an expected OTE of £40,000 in year 1.
