Are you an experienced Sales Advisor in the New Homes industry looking to join a leading five star house builder We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join an award winning private house builder who build beautiful new homes with character and quality in highly desirable locations in the North West. Their house types range fromapartments, mews and townhouses as well as spacious detached homes. Over the years they have forged an enviable reputation for delivering excellent customer service and have received many prestigious accolades over the years. Sales Advisor Role Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on your allocated development running of the sales office maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. Your role will involve dealing with allprospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g., legal completions, average selling price. Skills, Experience and Requirements The successful candidate will have a natural ability to engage and influence people and are motivated by working to demanding goals and targets the company will train you to deliver customer service and selling skills required to excel in their environment. As the face of the company it is critical that you have previous experience in: " Previous experience working for a house builder selling new build properties " Proven sales record and the ability to demonstrate good sales and negotiation, organisational and time management skills " Ensuring a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit " Promoting company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions " Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office " Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date " Conducting local market research As a Sales Advisor you will be required to have a full driving licence and you own car and will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays (provided in lieu). Whats on offer The company offer a basic salary of £19-22k, dependant on experience, an industry leading commission scheme (uncapped), quarterly bonuses of £500 per month (additional £6k pa), company uniform and additional company benefits including a mileage allowance.
