Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join a market leading, loan brokerage based in Horwich, Bolton. The role comes with a starting salary of £21,750 plus a monthly bonus up to £400. The role also comes with a great benefits package that includes:

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:You will be responsible for conducting high-quality calls from customers looking for a secure loan. You will be the first point of contact for customers to carry out an initial fact find, understanding their requirements and limitations to then pass on toa qualified adviser.Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a compliant framework to ensure our customers go on to obtain the most suitable product.Ideal qualities for a Sales AdvisorThe ideal candidate will have some experience in a similar environment, be hardworking and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast-paced environment. You will also need:
  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
  • Proven exemplary work ethic
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent IT skills including the use of the full Microsoft package.
  • 1 years sales experience with current or recent experience in an outbound call environment
  • Experience in one of the following roles: Sales Advisor, Sales Executive, New Business Coordinator, New Business Advisor, Business Development Executive, Customer Service.
