Job Description

RTA Paralegal, MOJ Portal, Road Traffic Accident, Personal Injury, Pre-Litigation, Permanent, BoltonAn RTA Paralegal is required by a well-established law firm based in Bolton. A forward-thinking law firm specialising within the Credit Hire, Civil/Commercial and Personal Injury sector.With modern offices at the top floor of a converted Mill, the building has its own chill-out area with a pool table, TV and seating area.With work on the increase, this is an exciting opportunity for an RTA Paralegal to join their pre-litigation department looking for personal and career development opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice.The ideal candidate:

  • Post MOJ portal Claimant work
  • 150 file individual caseload (i.e. not a team caseload)
  • Personal injury and vehicle damage case handling experience essential.
  • Claimant Credit Hire experience desirable.
  • Proclaim experience desirable.
  • Salary is competitive and dependant upon experience.
  • Desirable - Candidate from the Bolton / Bury area.
  • Required to start as soon as possible i.e. short notice period
The firm is located in Bolton Town Centre just 2 minutes walk from Bolton train station. By road you can be on A666 on seconds which connects conveniently onto M61. There is a free gated car park for Employees vehicles.Vacancy Information:
